We handle returns on a case by case basis. However as long as the item has not been installed and is in the same unused condition and packaging as it was sent to you then usually there is no problem granting you a prompt return authorization.
All the products we sell carry the full manufacture warranty with them all you need to do is register your item with the manufacture when you receive the item and activate the warranty in you name.
