This Midnite Solar Photovoltaic Combiner accepts dinrail mount breakers, ensuring compliance with NEC requirements for combiners when more than 2 strings of photovoltaic modules are installed. DC breakers protect wiring from potential fire in the event of module failure. Handles six 150V DC breakers.

    This is another great product from Midnite Solar. I like how well built the box is and the fact it’s made from aluminum. This should last for a very long time.

    Good things are: light, sturdy, plenty of bus capacity, comes with DIN rail already mounted, comes prepared for either fuse or breaker installs, has many options for knockout locations, top notch and easy to read instructions, ability to run 2 isolated strings through this box, easy to install!

The only complaints I have are the accessibility of the grounding wire and that if you don’t mind the length of cable to make a bend, the plastic connector to the outside may dislodge. Other than that this unit works awesome!
